Day-Of Coordination
The package for couples who have most of their planning done, but need someone to take over for all final correspondence and planning. While this is usually referred to as "Day-Of ", this package typically starts 3-4 weeks out, allowing us time to have the best understanding of your event prior to the day of. Included in this package:
Consultations with you via telephone/email and in person meetings as required
Discussion of theme, color, style and complete wedding design
Final correspondence with hired vendors, as needed
Site walk-thru to discuss floor plan and set-up
Development of a detailed wedding timeline and floor plan for contracted vendors and bridal party
Confirm final rental orders
Wedding Rehearsal Supervision (if applicable), by coordinator or assistant staff member
On-site coordination and supervision at the ceremony site and during the reception on the day of your wedding by a lead coordinator of One Love Weddings & Events
Day-of event management to including set-up and tear-down of décor and specialty items, maintain flow of events, keep wedding party on track and on time for activities, greet and instruct vendors, receive deliveries, cue ceremony music, cue DJ/Emcee for announcements, assist with greeting guests and directing flow, ensure all wedding details are in place for guest arrival, line up and cue wedding party for processional, distribute final payments to vendors as needed.

Partial Coordination
The package for the couple who would like to have final say in decisions, contributing in design and vendor selection, with someone to wrangle your ideas and bring the vision together. This will keep your decision making and budget on track while offering consulting throughout the planning process. This package begins upon booking. This package includes:
- All day-of our coordination package
- Up to 6 consultations of your choice (check in consults, vendor meetings, additional site walk throughs)
- Assistance with expense and payment tracking
- Vendor research, assist with obtaining quotes and providing recommendations
- Reviewing booked vendor contracts
- Assistance with event design
- Assistance with accommodations and transportations for guests
- Checklists to keep you on track throughout the planning process
Full Coordination

The package for couples who are newly engaged and are looking for coordination from start to finish, assistance with all details, budgeting, logistics and full design. This package begins upon booking. This package includes all of partial/day-of coordination, as well as:
Monthly check-ins to keep you on a planning schedule and track progress
Unlimited phone calls, emails and vendor consultations
Creation of wedding budget
Creation of design board upon discussion of desired theme, colors and style
Schedule consults and appointments with prospective vendors and venues
Coordination of rehearsal dinner + on-site event management for dinner event
Sourcing of design and specialty items
Assistance with design and ordering of stationary (invitations, programs, menus, paper goods, signage)
Wedding weekend errands such as pick ups and returns of rentals, food and beverage items, attire, welcome bags, etc
Assembling of custom items as needed such as specialty decor, welcome bags, favors, signage, etc
Pre-wedding storage of specialty items as needed (signage, favors, paper goods, etc). Available to be shipped or dropped off to Walla Walla prior to the event
Schedule pre-wedding appointments in town as needed
Additional staff members on-site as needed
