I can't say at what exact moment I decided this is what I wanted to do with my life, because I've really just always known it. Growing up, I was the first to volunteer to help at the school carnival, put on fundraisers, and pretty much used every excuse possible to throw a party. I started working in the hospitality industry in high school, and was immediately drawn to the banquet and private party side of it. I was 18 when I started working with a wedding coordinator for an in house event at the restaurant I was working at, and I immediately envied her. I wanted that. I wanted to work with clients directly, I wanted to help people achieve their dream day. I went on to become an intern at an event coordinating company that had a range of clients in corporate and social events. After four years of working in event sales at venues and restaurants in Seattle and Houston, I moved back to Eastern Washington.
One Love was established in 2014 as a small idea, and has since grown to a full scale event coordinating team of lead coordinators, event assistants and interns. Watching a client’s vision come together, and to get to be a part of such a special moment in someone's life, is truly rewarding. We love what we do!
